Come to discover the present, the ancient and the mythical world of animals
We will undertake expeditions to the near nature, and travel to exotic countries and sometimes also back in time. We will observe and explore all forms of life with all our senses, search for their hardly visible signs, and connect with animals around and inside us. We will look from all sides and angles, search under the surface and play in a thousand ways.
Full-day summer program for children from toddlers to schoolboys and girls

We welcome children from 18 months to 10 years-old – various activities are organized in smaller groups respecting children’s age and interests; for children below 3 years-old suitable only in case that they have already attended our or another school.

Program from 8 a.m. till 4.30 p.m. – catering provided; half-day attendance from 8 a.m. till 1 p.m.

Experienced English and Czech speaking teachers.
Theme: Animals of all kinds, both the real ones and the dream ones
The program in each of the four weeks focuses on a selected animal group (fish and amphibians, reptiles and invertebrates, birds, mammals).

Observations in the near nature (garden, forest, river, pond) – all life that we can see around us, and even the one that we cannot see, but hear, smell, feel; all our visible and invisible animal fellows and the less obvious signs of their current or recent presence.

Traveling around the world for exotic or past animals – across all continents and climates, waters and lands, and also back in time to the ancient history of our planet.

Animals in fairytales, fables and myths – old and new stories with the animal symbolism, various creative activities (arts and crafts, music, drama, dance etc.).

Animals inside us – what we have in common and what makes us different, where we come from and what came before; a search for the context of evolution, for relations between us and nature.

rogram pricing
Reservations for a half-day or a full-day program for selected weeks or selected days. Half-day program ends at 1 p.m., full-day at 4.30 p.m. Prices cover the program, including materials, snacks and drinks. Organic lunches, with the option of a vegetarian menu, are paid separately and cost CZK 100 per day. 5% discount if applying for all 4 weeks, 3% if for 3 weeks. Siblings discount 10% for each child. Reservations and payments by May 31, 2015.
